How Much is the Enrollment Fee? Is it Per Child or Family?
The enrollment fee is per family, regardless of how many children you have enrolled and is due at enrollment and annually at the first of every year thereafter for current enrollment fee, email contact@kiddykollege.com

We are open 6:30am-6:00pm Monday thru Friday

How do I hold a Space?
To hold a space for UP TO 30 days families must pay their family enrollment fee and a hold fee equal to one week of care for all spaces being held. The hold fee credits to the first week of tuition IF child starts within TWO WEEKS of paying the hold fee. All Fees and Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Expecting mothers, please call for more info.
Do I have to schedule a Tour?
Scheduled tours are not required, but are HIGHLY recommended. Our director’s have unpredictable schedules & our goal is to give each family adequate time for information & questions. This is best accomplished by scheduling. Same day appointments can be scheduled when time allows.
What openings do you have?
Openings change sometimes daily, especially during Aug, Jan and May. For future openings the best thing to do is to get on our waitlist and we will call when an opening comes available. Expecting Mother’s can hold future spaces through our aging process. Email contact@kiddykollege.com for more Information on specific dates.
What are your classroom ratios?
All of our classrooms operate at the regulated ratio according to the Health Department or lower. For specific ratios please email: contact@kiddykollege.com
Do you accept DCF subsidy in Kansas?
We are happy to accept child care subsidy provided by the Department of Children and Families. You can check your eligibility by going to: https://cssp.kees.ks.gov/apspssp/sspNonMed.portal
Do you have cameras? And can I view them online?
Yes, we have cameras. No, we do not have the capability to view from home. Each center has it’s own unique reasons why/why not for us it is too large of a risk for home viewing. We have no way to control who gives access to who in online viewing & so for now our legal department has said no.
Do you offer Drop In Care?
Are there flexible part time schedules?
Do you provide infant formula?
We do provide Members Mark (Sams Club brand) gentle formula to all infants enrolled through their 1st birthday, parents must complete a food program enrollment form. No specialty formulas are provided.
