To hold a space for UP TO 30 days families must pay their family enrollment fee and a hold fee equal to one week of care for all spaces being held. The hold fee credits to the first week of tuition IF child starts within TWO WEEKS of paying the hold fee. All Fees and Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Expecting mothers, please call for more info.

Scheduled tours are not required, but are HIGHLY recommended. Our director’s have unpredictable schedules & our goal is to give each family adequate time for information & questions. This is best accomplished by scheduling. Same day appointments can be scheduled when time allows.

Openings change sometimes daily, especially during Aug, Jan and May. For future openings the best thing to do is to get on our waitlist and we will call when an opening comes available. Expecting Mother’s can hold future spaces through our aging process. Email contact@kiddykollege.com for more Information on specific dates.

All of our classrooms operate at the regulated ratio according to the Health Department or lower. For specific ratios please email: contact@kiddykollege.com

We are happy to accept child care subsidy provided by the Department of Children and Families. You can check your eligibility by going to: https://cssp.kees.ks.gov/apspssp/sspNonMed.portal

Yes, we have cameras. No, we do not have the capability to view from home. Each center has it’s own unique reasons why/why not for us it is too large of a risk for home viewing. We have no way to control who gives access to who in online viewing & so for now our legal department has said no.

Very rarely, depending on staffing we may allow a drop in. however, our facilities stay pretty full and rarely have room for children to drop in. We do have 2 and 3 day per week part time schedules available. See drop in care for more information.
Any family enrolled in child care must have a set schedule. If you are part time and enroll and pay for 2-4 days per week, you must keep the same days. We enroll and staff to counteract schedules and cannot accommodate rotating schedules. The option is to enroll for Full Time and use the days as you need them. This applies to joint/split custody as well. See drop in care for more flexible options

We do provide Members Mark (Sams Club brand) gentle formula to all infants enrolled through their 1st birthday, parents must complete a food program enrollment form. No specialty formulas are provided.
